Moving into a previously occupied apartment, reopening an office after a long closure, dealing with a pest treatment aftermath, or simply wanting peace of mind that your space is properly sanitised — these situations call for professional disinfection. ProKeep's disinfection service uses hospital-grade, EPA-approved disinfectants that eliminate 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, and fungi on all surfaces. We offer two methods depending on the property and situation. ULV (Ultra Low Volume) fogging disperses a fine mist of disinfectant that reaches every corner, crack, and crevice — including inside AC ducts, behind furniture, and under appliances. Electrostatic spraying applies a charged disinfectant that wraps around surfaces for complete coverage, even on the underside of tables and the backs of chairs. Both methods leave no residue, no strong chemical smell, and the space is safe to re-enter within 30-60 minutes. This service is commonly booked for: move-in/move-out sanitisation, post-renovation handover, offices returning to full occupancy, nurseries and clinics, food preparation areas, and homes after illness. What is included in a standard treatment: a pre-service assessment, removal of sensitive items or covering of electronics, full-property ULV fogging or electrostatic spray, surface wipe-down of high-touch areas (door handles, switches, countertops, bathroom fixtures), and a completion certificate. Pricing for apartments starts at AED 300 for a studio, AED 400 for a 1-bedroom, and AED 500-700 for 2-3 bedrooms. Villas range from AED 800 to AED 1,500 depending on size. Office and commercial rates are quoted per square foot — typically AED 2-3 per sq ft. UV-C light treatment is available as an add-on for AED 200.
