Here is what gets done: the exhaust hood is disassembled — filters removed, soaked, and scrubbed, the hood interior and exterior degreased and polished. The oven is treated with a heavy-duty oven cleaner, racks removed and cleaned separately, the interior scraped and wiped until the glass is clear again. The fridge is emptied, shelves and drawers removed and washed, interior walls wiped and sanitised, and the condenser coils at the back dusted. All cabinet fronts are degreased and wiped. The backsplash, countertops, and sink are scrubbed and sanitised. The stovetop — whether gas or induction — is thoroughly cleaned including burner caps and grates. Small appliances (microwave, toaster, kettle) are cleaned inside and out. The floor gets a proper scrub, including behind the fridge and under moveable units where grime collects unseen.
