Most people do not think about cleaning them until they notice discolouration, a musty smell, or allergy symptoms getting worse indoors. ProKeep offers two curtain cleaning options depending on what suits you. On-site steam cleaning is the faster route — our technicians bring professional steam extraction equipment, clean the curtains while they are still hanging, and you are done in a few hours. This works well for regular maintenance and for sheer or delicate fabrics that should not be removed from the tracks. Off-site deep cleaning involves taking the curtains down, transporting them to our facility for thorough washing and pressing, and rehanging them within 48-72 hours. This is the better option for heavily soiled curtains, blackout linings, and anything with stubborn stains. We handle all fabric types: sheer voile, linen, cotton, polyester blends, velvet, silk, and blackout-lined curtains. Each fabric gets the appropriate treatment — no shrinkage, no colour bleeding. Roman blinds and roller blinds are also covered. What is included: pre-inspection of fabric type and condition, dust removal, stain pre-treatment, cleaning (steam or wash depending on method), pressing or steaming to remove creases, and rehanging. We also inspect the curtain tracks and hooks during the process and let you know if anything needs replacing. Pricing starts at AED 25 per panel for on-site steam cleaning and AED 35 per panel for off-site wash and press. Minimum order is 6 panels. Bulk discounts apply for full villa cleaning — a typical 3-bedroom villa with 20-30 panels runs AED 500-900 depending on the method chosen.
